Posting this to give credit where credit is due (and because I had posted a while back that there had been a lapse in communication.)
Ryan delivered a STUNNING kukri right on time after we worked out the details. The kukri was not even the knife I had originally booked for, I asked to switch because some time had passed and I wanted something different. Ryan was cool with that and speedily switched to working on the kukri.
Got the knife last week and it is amazing, easily my favorite fixed blade custom I have had made. His work in all areas is just fantastic - the handle work, edge, hamon, leather, aesthetics - all fantastic. Completely exceeded expectations. Did I say fantastic?
