Up for sale is one of my Bird & Trout designs. The balance is right at the index finger, and feels great in the hand. The blade has a stone wash finish and was ground on a 48" Radiused platen which creates a very fine cutting edge which is perfect for delicate work. During a visit to Oregon I stopped in at It's A Burl and Mark showed me some of this Cascara wood. It is gorgeous and must be seen in person, It has a lot of Chatoyance and activity when hit by light.
