I just completed a trade with Ryan, and not only did I receive the knife I was after in perfect condition, but he included an extra item just to be a nice guy. There was a significant delay in the shipment of my knife because of Canada Customs, and Ryan showed real concern throughout. This to me, is a significant plus to see as a trader. I highly recommend "rycen".
