Here again it's about knowing when to hold them and when to fold them...
Do you look them in the eye as you're putting something in their cup....or is that just your way of saying " you're homeless and I'm not...so I'm way over you"

You do that looking in the eye chit on the wrong streets in the D....same as in Atlanta, I'm sure... that equates to a stare down, which equates to dissing.......see who gets f----- with then....
