4" closed. Lightly stropped and carried in a Beard and Owl lined slip, opened mail is about all its done, perfect action with about a 5 pull and very pinchable. Flush in all positions with a very smooth action. Comes with a padded zippered case and the lined B&O slip in the 4th picture. I am the original owner and bought it direct from Ryu.
