I just got my sebe back from CRK for a non centered blade issue. and apparent the grind was off center so they replaced the blade. my new one has an S and a V in the pivot area of the blade one on each side, is this an S35vn? I know the S30V have just the s on one side. and Ive heard the S35vn has a V but Im not sure what having both means.

I'm pretty sure you got one of the new S35VN blades. I think I remember reading that there was an S and V stamped on the blade. Someone with a new Sebenza would have to verify that.

I just got a brand new Seb from knifeworks birth day January 10, 2011. The birthcard says S30V but when I took apart the knife there was a S on one side and a V on the other.

So either the person who filled out the birth card was a bit tired that day or we are misunderstanding the S and V notation lol.

Can anyone confirm??

I emailed Heather at CRK today she confirms the V means it is an S35VN blade.

Thanks for the help gentlemen.

Also, I won't lie I think that it would be an amazing option if the sebenza was offered in a CPM-M4 version.

mmmmmmmm CPM-M44444444444
