  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

S&w k-22

Very nice. I had the opportunity to shoot a K-22 and K-38 many years ago. Those and the 15/67 Combat Masterpiece were my all-time favorite Smiths, though I never owned any of them(was enamored with Colts-grew up shooting an Official Police, always wanted a Diamondback, then had a Python and Detective Special).
Love those old DA revolvers. Thanks for the pics:thumbup:

Super Match!

That is awesome but I would have to discard the Magnas and go with Target grips. Those K-22's, especially the older models, are awesome.

This one doesn't look near as good as yours but still shoots like a laser.

Nice gun. What kinds of groups is it capable of at 25 yards?
I can get 1 1/2" ctc groups @ 25 yds. off a solid rest with the right ammo...I gotta do my part though and it has to be sunny  as my eyes and iron sights are finding that they are not on the same page anymore:D The trigger on this girl is the best in the world; the gun is truly capable of out shooting me, even when my eyes were young:D

I agree on the grip selection. These stag magnas are thick as all stag is, and does fill the hand more than wood ones. The gap behind the trigger guard is still an annoyance as it detracts from the pointability of the piece. Since I first posted the pics I have "finally" located and recv'd a set of Tyler T-grips and now she feels really good. She points a lot more naturally with that gap filled, and has that old time retro thing going for her now.:D
