Just saw this up for preorder on at a dealer. Model C94PDBL.

Haven't seen any discussion of it here so I thought I'd share. It looks like it'll be the least expensive S110V knife yet and the UKPK is basically just a non-locking Caly 3 lightweight. Seems like it should be a pretty good hit.

I've been waiting for this (or any other super steel ukpk) for a long time. I'm very excited.

Oh no, say it ain't so! Besides trying to complete my s110v g10 collection, this was what I was most looking forward to.

I like the narrower handle, vertically, near the blade. I have been very interested lately in the ergonomics of handles similar to the full size trappers and my modded CS Ti Lite 4. More on the order of a wood carving knife in other words. This seems to be best FOR ME.

I have been passively looking for another knife in S110V to varify once and forall that S110V is the wrong choice FOR ME for how and what I cut. This could be the perfect knife for me to try. I am getting set up one at a time with a few paper wheels and will sharpen the edge exclusively with diamond paste this time.
(will use the set up for my ceramic knives in any case)

So . . . I'm IN !

Thank you Sal for your company's help with my last S110V knife.

I have been waiting years for a new ukpk. S110v is perfect for me so this is the most exciting blade in the pipeline for me. The serrated wharnie H1 manbug is a close second. And can't forget the rhino.

Due to some site visit restrictions, I've been relying on UKPK, Urban, and Pingo recently. Sure looking forward to the S110V UKPK. (not that the others failed me in any task!)

Hope it lands early in 2017, ahead of the plethora of tempting new offerings like the Meerkat and Caly 3 and Raffir Noble etc etc. 8-)

looks like my wish came true!a UKPK with better steel,as i really love the grip you have with caly's and the UKPK's,almost like no other's i have seen.

Does anybody know if this UKPK stops at 90 degrees? I can't remember if it was the UKPK or Urban that half stops at less than 90.

I can't say for this model or any other new/recent production model but my older G10 UKPK has the half-stop you're referring to. My G10 Urban has it too.

It's scheduled for FRN. I've carried the proto quite a bit. Really like it. We've had some issues with the handles so production is a bit behind.
