S110V vs Maxamet

I prefer Maxamet(my new favorite steel) over my s110v seems to hold a better/keener edge for longer this is a photo of my Maxamet edge after +60 cuts stripping 12 gauge copper wire at 1/4" intervals,I also cut a bit of wood and cardboard before this with out any edge issues ,this steel is hard for me to understand you can see the damage(som of the edge did roll but just in a spot or two) but it still catches fingernail, slices phone book paper and sails through cardboard,I have had other steels that look like this and it totally stops them in their tracks.BTW this is factory edge I haven't touched it up or anything, could be that down the line after I sharpen it out will have better edge stability ??

I would have stopped sooner on the copper but i didn't see the damage,I really hated to see that on my new knife, btw super easy pocket carry. thanks Sal and the crew

If someone could point me to a S110V toughness chart, I'd appreciate it!

all i got are these tests by two of the most talked about guys who test in the real world in edge retention with cardboard and rope. i dont have anything on toughness, unless its talked about by them. both of them have handled maxamet, specifically Cliff has had much more time using it.
