I added the price and catalog number above.

Earl, I was in Dallas at TMS last weekend. As I was getting on I20 headed home a buddy tells me there is a new Cabelas not far from the speedway on I35. If only I had known sooner. He says the store is unbelieveable. I will definitely pay them a visit on my next trip to Dallas.

I just ordered one from their online store. :) I'm going to have to stop coming to the forum. It's starting to get expensive.

I just searched Cabela's website with both numbers posted by EEE and found nothing but the stock AG rosewood model. How did you find it?

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the folding knives. They are limiting the run to 500 knives.

Thanks, found it. Also found a stag Alpha Hunter (folder w/ gut hook) and stag Mini-Alpha Hunter, oh no. It's funny, they didn't show on the Alaskan Guide Series page or from any searches I did for Buck 110 or stag or combinations thereof. Only when I searched for "buck alaskan" did they appear, and only those three (not the rosewood models). Cabela's search engine needs some help I think.

Seems not too many years ago I would look forward to the Monkey Wards catalog to check out the bra section.

Now I'm drooling over page 533 of the Cabela's catalog.

I'm getting old...

I wasn't aware that one must refrain from wearing underwear beyond a specific age. I must now go home and make the appropriate corrections. :o Oh well. Think of all the money I'm going to save and can now use to buy more knives! :D

Yes, I agree...the stag Alaskan Guide 110 is VERY cool.

You were applying for a position in the lingerie department, but you were too old. The assumption is that you are too old to effectively work in a department that sells underwear, albeit women's underwear. being a male (hopefully) and too old and unable to somehow able to deal with undergarments, the next conclusion is that older men should not wear any since they can no longer grasp it as a concept. Or perhaps her fear was that you would be staring too hard at the customers with your tongue out. This defies logic, since testosterone levels are lower in us older guys and that younger guys are really the ones to watch. :jerkit:

Did you happen to have your 119 strapped to your belt when you applied for the job?

Cracks me up.......:D :D :D

Actully I think it was the wife that said no....LOL....

 ...Underwear?????...Oh yeah, you guys ain't in Florida...Down here the only place you get to see "underwear" is in Victoria's Secret or Penney's Catalogs...LMBO...(to keep it on topic we should get some Buck Catalog distribution centers down here too)...LOL....  :D
