I usually forge my hard-users from 5160 or 52100, but have been enjoying the final product of s30v for the kitchen as of late. Inquires encouraged, and I appreciate the lookin's all the same. Group shop includes photos of the rest of the batch, most of which were orders and not pertinent to this thread.
