Used sparingly on paper, sheathed and unsheathed a bit so there are some wear marks on the coating. Great knife but I don't carry it anymore and I'd prefer the cash. I forget the exact size but when I measure my fingers its around 4.5", so the smaller side of medium. Can add/remove paracord to get the right fit.
