The S30 Blur is a really comfortable grip for my Xlarge hand. Excellent heat treat, very sharp out of the box with precise grinds just like it should be. All the kershaws are well built, like Spydercos. You pretty much can't go wrong with either company, warranty service included unless you just don't like the style or color.
The SG2 Blur is a very, very nice cutting knife. The SG2 steel can get breathtakingly sharp. They are improved with softer grip inserts also but are disappearing quickly.
8thsinner, another thought. A small skinning fixed blade such as made by Bark River are much better than any folder for real working knives. Just a thought. Joe
