The steel is Crucible CPM S90V, purchased from Aldo the Steel Baron. I made four of these out of bar and have this and another left. The thickness (or thin depending on your reference) is .11 inches and is a full high flat grind so it aught to be one heck of a slicer. The blade is 4.75 inches long with an overall length of 9.6 inches and hardened to approximately Rc 60. The handle is elk antler with black paper Micarta bolsters and white and black spacers. The sheath is 8/9 ounce black tooled leather with a belt loop.

Price: $200 shipped in USA
I prefer PayPal (my account is kelley_ward@keysight.com) but accept other forms of payment.
Thanks,
Kelley

Beauty as usual, and particularly so this time. If you are willing to sell a blank in this pattern with your remaining steel send me a message. I am in the market for an apple slicing knife so let me know if you think it would work.

A second blank here if you do them. Email is Martin 238 at me dot com. Ditto on a beautiful knife.

Hello Guys and thanks, That other blade is already made into a finished knife similar to this. I'm not ready to make another steel order yet but my next order should have more S90V in it. This steel is really hard to work and my ceramic grinding belts don't last near as long. I also have a couple of chefs knives made of the same thickness S90V but 2 inches wide I'm considereing posting. Kelley
