Sabatier chef's knife

I had plenty of "fun" before I got the belt sander. I don't miss it. :D
 
I have never removed one, but could it be easily done with a dremel and a coarse sander or grinder attchment? That is how I round spines and choils and it works well.
 
I agree with Scott.livesey don't touch them I have 10 inch sharpest knife I have and maintain.

I'm sorry to say you will end with a reverse belly, and only the very last few inches near the tip to actually cut.
