sabena vs william henrey

gotta have just one, then the Sebbie is it, tough as nails and ready to rock. I had one WH a couple ofyears ago, but gave it to my bro, it was a bit to slim for me. Quality was ok, just not my bowl of cherries.

Hmmmmmm... I think I have one of those here somewhere. Isn't it some sort of knife or something .....?

YOU GOTTA GET A SEBENZA!!!

I have them both and nothing compairs to a sebenza. The sebenza is flawless, the wh came thru with metal shaving all down in the liner lock. Take a white piece of paper and slide it down in there you might see what i mean. I have the mother of pearl t -12 and i would recomend a sebenza hands down. To tell you the truth after buying a sebenza i dont even look at other companies anymore. SEBENZA NOTHING COMES CLOSE, but hey its just my opinion and a few others around here.

i handled a WH in a passaround/raffle.
was excited to get my turn to handle it because of all the good things i had heard about it not to mention it looked really nice in the pics.
this was a linerlock model, can't recall if it had carbon fiber scales or not.
i do remember how disappointed i was in the knife.
as others have mentioned it was very light and the liner felt flimsy.i didn't cut anything with it,that should tell you how i felt about it.
i didn't think it was junk, just wasn't impressed with the feel or look in my hands.

btw i have 2 large sebenzas with a 3rd on the way :D

The William Henry line and the Sebenza are two entirely different animals. They were designed for different purposes. If you want a solid working knife, go with the Sebenza. If you want a classy "gents" knife get a WH, or better yet, a CRK Mnandi.

BAck to the question of the mirror finish, even the current polished blade option doesn't match the mirror finish on the old ATS-34 bladed knives, at least IMO.

Sebenza all the way....ive had both and now only own a sebenza...enough said.....p.s did anyone mention sebenzas come out of the box perfect ...i think some other people around here like sebenzas too.
