Sad news from 334dave

OMG. I come back to the forums after close to a week of being down with swlne flu and all I see is posts about peoples' wives divorcing them and people dying of cancer. Think I'll go back to bed.

Dave, you truly have my heartfelt sympathy.
 
Yes, it is heart breaking.

Will be in prayer for 334dave and family. All we can really pray in certinty is God's Will in this situation.

God will either heal us here or take us home, either way when we know God we are healed :)

If there is anything I can do, please let me know.

Nothing wrong with having a pity party. I'm sure a lot of us would do the same...

There are a lot of us on here that have never met, yet with all the time spent here it really does seem like an extended family.

At times like this, the knives and other material things become very unimportant

today is not as bad as it has been
Bucksway my brother is here as well as her sister from Florida
they are both a big help..it helps to have them here

i have read each and every one of youa'ls post today
and the emails some have sent..

i dont know what to say but thank you all
some of you know me to see me and some jest as 334 here

Karen in her moments of mental clarity is taking it better then i am.
she has made peace in her soul with god...
and accepted that she will have to go home before most of us.
she joked that none of us will get out of this life alive..

she is glad that i have friends to look to for encouragement and support.
ugh..
i want to tell all of you a story ..
i was with several collectors when i said about that Karen wanted to see the Grand Canyon before she got to sick to go.
After the group broke up CJ come over and said
" Dave, if the medical bills make it were you cant send Karen,
let us know and we will make it happen for her."

friends and family, what else could a man want or need..
 
Truer words have never been spoken Dave,Somehow what CJ said to you doesn't surprise me one bit,the Buck name is more than a knife company ,smoke n prayers sent ..
 
I've always loved this company for their excellent products, strong Christian faith and their lack of fear in putting that faith in with their products. This classy move by CJ does not surprise me but warms my heart just the same.
 
I never met Dave, but I know that he helped me to improve my website. It is a whole person, and my thoughts go for him.

hi guys,
i forgot to mention that i had good insurance..
Karen went to the Grand Canyon with her two sisters and her brother
for a week! well 3 days at the vagus also
she sold some of her paintings she did to have some extra spending money
and had a wonder full time with them.
that and she come home with more spending money then she left with!!
the doc has ok'ed a 3 day trip to see Niagra Falls!
so if and when she feels up to that i will take her there!

we take it day by day..

Dave, I know you don't know me, and that is understandable. I just wanted to say, I am so sorry. Words can't express my sorrow for you. The worst thing to happen to us, through everything in life, is losing the ones we love. I hope you can work through all this. Be strong, and know that we all here support you and have shoulders to lean on if you need it. We all love you. Prayers go out to you and Karen.
 
Hang in there Dave, and remember...we are all just a heartbeat away from leaving this world.

hi guys,
well my pity party week ended and am over the hang over..
Karen is one brave gal!
she has helped me to come to the acceptance
that she has of things in the future
and i feel my normal self ( almost)
i have read her the postings all you have made and
she says thank you very much

she is glad i have friends that care and i can talk with
thanks from both of us ..
