Sad news , Prayers Please

This is such a great place. The well wishes and prayers have been wonderful medicine for Deb's spirit. I wish I could say that we have good news from the doctor but we have no news.We had hoped to hear something by yesterday but we did'nt. Hopefully that is a good thing. We are keeping our heads up and living as best we can.Life is what we are given, and live is all we can do.Many heartfelt thanks for all the prayers.

Thanks again to everyone for all the prayers and well wishes. We got a call from Deb's doc and the results of the ultrasound were inconclusive. We have to wait another WEEK for the lab results to come back. You would not believe how much reading all the wonderful posts here has done to help Deb. She's gotten teary a couple of times. The waiting is awful.

I really appreciate all the help.

We'll just keep prayers winging your way from Iowa. Take care good folks, there's a whole world out here who are rooting for you.

Hi,
And an Iowan in Georgia has added your names to the church prayer book.
I really enjoyed meeting you both at Flatrock. Seeing you two together, Beauty and the Beast, reminded me of what marriage is about.
Our prayers for you, Ken and Nan.

Hi Mark,

Always remember that our Heavenly Father has our best interests in mind. As the example of the perfect parent, He only wants the best for us. It's hard for us as His children to understand why things happen the way they do. Just continue to trust Him.

Feel free to e-mail me if you need to vent, unload, cry or whatever.

Just read this...

Best wishes, man.

It just so happens my wife's Aunt passed away last night. Smoking caused lung cancer, which spread to her brain and spine. We sat up with her most of the weekend at the hospital, and she passed peacefully.

It's not something I want to see anyone go thru, especially not good people like yourselves.

Here's a prayer from the other side of the Pond too.
