Saddleback Bifold and Maratac Brass Flashlight

I'd like to sell these together. The Saddleback small chestnut bifold has only been carried once which was on Christmas day when I received it so it is like new. The Maratac brass flashlight has never been opened and it is still sealed inside the foil wrapper that it comes in. I'm asking $99 or the set and I pay the Paypal fees and shipping.

The maratac is sealed inside of the foil wrapper that maratac wrapped it in to prevent it from getting a patina before it reached the purchaser. It is brand new and sealed up so I'm not going to open it.

I added a better picture of the flashlight sealed in the foil along with the accessories.
 
If you still have the light what would be your best price shipped?
