Saddleback Large Bifold Wallet in Carbon Black. I added an eyelet and chain with leather belt loop-black color (from Tandy Leather) to it. Used a little, tons of life still left in it! It looks just like the one here; except in black. Comes with a black Saddleback Keyring as well. $50/shipped Priority with DC.
