Now about the armor. It has been worn once for a training exercise. NIJ 06 standard (meets the latest Natl Inst. of Justice standard). Had to get armor for a new detail, so this has to go. I am 5'11 and weigh 225. Wear a 48' jacket and this fits me very nice. This is very new and in very good condition. The pouches that come with it are: Quad AR mag pouch, cuff pouch, dump pouch, dual pistol mag pouch. it has an internal water system (will accept CamelBak pladder but it is in my new rig now, besides you dont want mine, get your own
