1. And finally, the ultimate safe queen, as it's literally been in a safe for 16 years now. Was the true grail knife of my uncle, a knife collector before I even knew what that meant, for many years. I remember him showing it to me with great pride; the mother-of-pearl scales front and back; set off against damascus bolsters top and bottom; the AMAZING file work on both blade and backspacer alike; and a genuine gemstone RUBY... just press it, and a friggin' damascus blade flies out full-auto! Incredible, incredibly impressive work of art. I understand that Bill King of Florida made it in the prime of his career... today Bill is in his 80's, still making blades. This has got to be one of his finest pieces of his entire career.
My uncle passed away ten years ago and this was the one and only thing he left for me in his Last Will and Testament. I have a huge amount of sentimentality for it... but cash is needed right now, and so will let it pass to another appreciator of fine art. I've heard of King's of this quality going in the $3000's... but I need a quick sale, so I'm thinking $2500 would be a fair price? $2400? $2300? $2200?

2. Direware Solo V <<SOLD>> new, never carried, never cut. M390 with DLC/satin two-tone. This is THE Direware in my mind -- that thick, corpulent, beautiful, perfect,lightning-strike carbon fiber show-side scale, and then possibly even more mesmerizing blue anodized titanium lockside! The blue ano just glistens an amazing radiant blue in the light -- it's really hard to describe without seeing it. The blade flies out like a rocket with a "SNAP!" so loud it scares children and grandmothers! The detent is so solid it even "SNAPS" closed too (see video). Really, really impressive piece... just can't bear to put it in my pocket. $1500-->> SOLD!!

3. Curtiss F3 <<SOLD>> in brown G10. Also like-new. It's the medium-version, which I think is Dave's best. It snaps open VERY fast -- see the video. Love it, but personally would prefer something a bit more... "showy." Took it on trade... willing to trade out, or $600 -->> SOLD!! Includes box with Dave's signature, cloth, and zip-case.
