Safely in Afghanistan!

Your service to this country is MUCH appreciated. Stay safe!!!

Yeah be care Bro.

I head home in a few weeks.

Thanks...glad you're near the end. Ran into an old buddy...Mechanic...he's assigned to one of the EOD units in Alaska. This will most likely be a short tour for me, but conditions are pretty crappy over here.

I hope you have a safe return home:thumbup:

Rock,

I'm not a new member to the forums, but I haven't posted that much. Nevertheless, Thank You very much for your service. Know that there are far more people than CNN would have you believe who truly appreciate what you are doing for US and who support you. Be safe!

make sure to post some pictures of the dumpster mutt stuck in a sign when you get it if you're able to. also change your usergroup, you're showing up as a registered user.

Take care of your men, listen to your NCO's, keep your head on a swivel, and come home walking under your own power. That pretty much covers the essentials. Doubt that they've changed much since my time.

Best wishes for a good tour. We're all pulling for you around here.

Stay safe mate, Afghan can be a complete hole to be in but there are some great people there and the scenery in some places is outstanding.

Got a lot of mates either finishing tours or about to start training for tours there. You mind me asking where about you're AO is?
