How come WE never got any pirates to play with?

Shucks, I've got a plan, set up a rotational "tour of duty" on the cruise ships for our soldiers and marines that have been slugging it out with bad guys in Iraq/Afghanistan. It would give the pirates a nasty surprise, and give our boys some well earned R&R. Imagine what a Barrett fifty cal., in the hands of a trained sniper, would do to a pack of scum in a twenty foot boat

I heard something this morning about something they did that caused the RPG's to go off course? Did anyone else hear that?

And yeah they needed a few 22-250's with 12X scopes and they could have wore them out.

One gent said he'd calmly fire the first shot at whoever was aiming anything, the second at the motor, and the others at his leisure. Then raise the "no quarter" flag, and empty the magazine into the bilge of the boat.

There are some areas, like the Indian Ocean, famous for piracy. Mostly yachts and smaller vessels. Private owners often have weapons on board. I'd like a 50 mounted, but coming into Port would be such a hassle.

A MPG would take care of Carnival's security.

In SE Asia a lot of the Ghurka's are armed With Glock's n' choppin tool's Plus other assorted goodies as i witnessed on a one month cruise a few year's back.
