If I recall correctly, I may have just barely chamfered the sharp edge of the Spydie hole on this one with a rat tail file. The hole was pretty sharp.

My sage2 had about 40-50% lockup when brand new, after literally thousands of opening/closings using mostly the middle finger flick mine has settled in nicely at around 60% lockup and has not moved since. My lock was a bit sticky for the first week or so but a little pencil lead on the lock face solved that almost instantly and it has been perfect ever since. Like I said before, I stonewashed the blade and hardware and in the stone washing process I must have removes any tiny burrs around the pivot because she came out considerably smoother after the stone washing.
