All I have to say is: my Delica 4 FFG is now taking a back seat to the Sage. Beforehand, the Delica was king of my EDC rotation. Now, the Sage is the only knife I find myself carrying; that is, along with my Izula.
This knife, for me at least, is a perfect EDC knife. It isn't considerably lightweight (a la D4 FFG), heavy duty or "tactical", but I'll be damned if the ergos aren't excellent. I can't push myself to carry another knife. I am almost ready to sell my D2 Mini Grip that I just got because of this knife; I like it that much.
I haven't a Sage II, but I see one in my near future. I like the Sage so much that buying the series seems logical at this point. Well now that I think of it, buying every single production Spyderco sounds logical.
