I have a Sagewood Gear Kydex belt loop adaptor for Survive!. It was mounted on a 4.1, but never carried.

I am not sure of the size. The last photo shows the adaptor (bottom) compared to a small adaptor mounted to my 4.7 (top). The bottom adaptor is the one for sale. Asking $20 shipped USA only.
