OK that's odd, is there nothing alongside the nail file?
I ask as 58mm SAKs need to be the same thickness on each side. For example; on a normal Classic there is a blade and a file on one side, scissors on the other. So to balance out there would normally be something else on the file's side, in this case a spacer perhaps?
The only other bladeless SAK that is close (that I can think of) is the Manicure: http://www.sakwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=Manicure but I'm sure you would have seen the cuticle pusher.

AFAIK both the Bladeless and the Manicure are hard to find so you've done well in getting hold of them. I modded together a Manicure as a surprise gift for my wife and she asked me if there was any chance of having a blade instead of the cuticle pusher. Flipping women.
