I'm not ready to give up a primary folder, but I do carry a SAK pretty much daily, even when I also carry a Swisstool. My top three tools are scissors, cap lifter, and fingernail file/cleaner; and I do find having a dedicated package opening blade/tool as a nice bonus. The problem for me is that there aren't a whole lot of (factory) SAK's that have the combination of those three tools.
I really like the Compact, and like the fact that it adds the pen in the scales, but honestly I find the file on the hook lacking (though I'm glad it's there and wish it were on all the hooks)
Then there's the Evo series and the Wenger knives they are based on. I have a fondness for those just because I'm a nerd, but I really can't recommend them because Wenger scissors are quite inferior IMO. However the old Wenger knives do have a can opener that can easily be sharpened and double as a package opener.
There is a recently released model called the Companion, which has the three tools I like plus a new package opening tool, but for now it is only available as a limited edition. I picked one up but haven't carried it much yet because I plan to swap the scales
I'm also not above carrying a classic along with a larger SAK to get the combination of tools I want
