SAK OHT Mod Help

I would like to find a relatively experienced person who might be able to help me with adding a pocket clip to a OHT.
I have tried to email scibeer (Bill) at SOSAK, but the email kept bouncing back. I tried his email here and have had no reply.

Any suggestions of another person who you respect, or another contact for Bill?

I have the clip I would like to try.
Others have suggested I try a Nite Ize clip, which I may if I can' find anyone who is willing to try and fix the clip I have.

Thanks,
Brome

Unfortunately, Scibeer is retired and I am unaware of anyone doing similar mods on you request.

I had scibeer make a Farmer with scissors for me. I liked the final product, and considered the price more than reasonable, so I asked him about adding a clip to a OHT. I can't remember what he quoted me, but it was surprisingly expensive. Apparently, it's a more difficult mod than it would seem.

Good luck finding someone to do the mod, but if you don't—you won't be disappointed with the Nite Ize clip.

Too bad, he did good work.
I can understand wanting to take a break from it, though.

I am still looking for anyone else who might want to give it a go, if you know of anyone.

Thanks.

Wapiti, check out this thread:

I'm in the same boat. I'd love it if Bill was still at it. I have an Outrider inbound and I'd love to add a clip. Looks like this Nite Ize is the closest we'll get right now. I think it has something to do with the scale not being able to hold up to the stress of a pocket clip, but I could be wrong. Another good subforum here is Swissbianco, who does a lot of SAK mods.

Yeah I contacted him a while back about adding a pair of scissors and a pocket clip to a plain OHT but he declined. Vic really should get a clue!

I think if you asked Steve, STR knife works in the maker's section, he could do it in a second.
