SAKs you would like to see

I don't know if it's possible, but I'd like to see alox 93mm SAKs with the in-line phillips driver.

1.bring back the 84mm golfer but with optional philips instead of cork screw.
2.make the classic and ambassador with correct blade orientation like rambler.
3.make some models with micarta,G10 or titanium handles to make them premium line.
4.make a new breakthru to make alox line could have tweezers and toothpick.
5.make a smaller (ala 91mm or 93mm models) one hand openable and locking mainblade.

Farmer with the electricians blade instead of the awl and a metal file instead of the wood saw. Basically a Pioneer apprentice with file and screwdriver layers added.

Also bring back scissors for 84mm knives and add them to the Cadet.

I would like to see the return of the 84mm scissors . I would like to see the chisel/scraper tool of the Spirit on the Electrician and E+ . One other dream is HAIII Alox.

Chris

I'd wish they'd make the Modeler again.

Barring that, a Farmer with scissors and pruning blade.

1) Farmer with stainless steel liners for overkill reinforcement.
2) Equestrian with one-handed opening locking serrated blade, pocket clip, locking pry/bottle opener, hoof pick moved to opposite end of knife (seriously wtf were they thinking putting it next to the toothpick :barf:) and corkscrew replaced with a phillips head (or the parcel hook--good for hay bales!)

This is really thought stimulating...
I will add one more to the lot: Ambassador with keyring and multipurpose tool (like the Rambler's or the Bantam's, your choice) replacing the nail file...my keys asked me for this.

I have written about this before here and wrote Victorinox with a request, basically I want an Outrider type of SAK with these changes and additions, take an Outrider and replace the cork screw with a phillips #2, add the small blade and add a Metal saw/file, this would be a perfect sak for me, they could call it the Survivor or something like that. So this is what you should end up with.

1. Large locking blade
2. Small Blade
3. Wood Saw
4. Small (Long) Phillips
5. Scissors
6. Can opener/Flat head Combo tool
7. Bottle opener/small flat head Combo tool
8. Metal Saw/File
9. Large Phillips (Replaces the Cork Screw)
10. Awl
11. Tooth pic
12. Tweezers

I want a marlin spike on more models. It should be common. I'd like to see it on a Swiss Champ, a trekker, a farmer, etc.

I really want a traditional folder, but also like the tools that an SAK has, so what if there was with just tools:

1. Combo tool
2. Scissors
3. nail file/small flat driver
4. Awl
5. Tweezers
6. Toothpick
7. OK, throw in a small blade so it can be called a Swiss Army "knife"

I would love to see them bring back the 84mm Super Tinker. That would probably be the perfect sak for me.

Reduced width SwissChamp XLT:
Remove 3 layers: Fish Scaler, Can Opener and Cap Lifter, Pharmaceutical Spatula.
Modify one layer: change Small Blade to Combo Can/Cap

Call it the Yeoman XLT. ;)

91mm Alox line with OHO main blade, pocket clip, and scissors would be sweet

I'd like to have a Deluxe Tinker with the phillips on the end instead of the spine and a corkscrew.

I would like to see them make a 4-5 inch fixed blade knife with 3 lanyard holes in the red handle. It should come with a nice sheath that has a kydex insert and some sort of a pocket on the outside that contains a mini tool kit. A fire steel would also be a good addition.

I would like to see an executive with the dumb orange peeler replaced with a combo tool.

I'd like to see that alox bantam come back with slightly thicker scales and the keyring.

Carl.

saw + blade like the trekker, awl, removable fire steel and compass with a pocket clip.
