I want to report some exemplary customer service.
I'm a member of the excellent British Blades forum. I recently submitted a report to that forum on my Spyderco Military in S30V.
Almost immediately I received a reply from Sal Glesser, the man at the helm of Spyderco. Note well: I had not contacted Spyderco or Mr. Glesser. He had taken it upon himself to read the posts on a relatively obscure (400 members) knife forum in a country thousands of miles away, and reply rapidly and personally.
I want to take this opportunity to salute Mr. Glesser and his devotion to knuts all over the world. This is service above and beyond the call of duty.
