Last weekend the prototype was put to the test and it performed very well. So we talked about it here yesterday and we've decided to move forward with this pattern with the intention of having some ready to compete in this year's BSI World Championship in Atlanta. This means I'm going to have to temporarily shelve the HDFK and MC projects for a few weeks and focus on comp knife production. This won't impact the BC or the EDC2 pre-orders (BC steel is still being made, EDC2 is running on a small mill), their schedules will be unaffected, but it does mean other output will be reduced for a little while.

Reading in between the lines since Nathan very wisely does NOT like to have many concurrent preorders running on his books. It's my guess that that the MC preorder will happen but probably after Blade 2017, later on in the year.

There's a whole pile of them right there, but the competition Choppers were just put in front of them because of the upcoming World Championship in Atlanta.
