I do not under-value merchandise or mark the item as gift on customs forms. Doing so is against US and International Laws.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon I usually ship USPS priority; however due to customs and other international shipping delays I cannot guarantee delivery times, but do provide tracking number.
Some countries do not allow weapons of any kind to be shipped across borders. Shipping prohibitions are not clear in defining weapons and some countries are not as strict as others. I cannot feasibly research what is, or is not permitted by each individual country. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine what is, or is not permitted. Once the item has been shipped the risk belongs exclusively to the buyer. Possible consequences of shipping an item that is prohibited are: the item(s) may be returned to the sender, or the item(s) may be seized by customs. If an item is returned then I will refund the purchase price of the item, but shipping costs are not refunded by postal services, and will therefore be a loss to the buyer. If the item is seized by customs then the loss of the item and the shipping costs of the purchase will be carried by the buyer.
