I have a couple of knives I am hoping to move along to their forever homes. All are made of 0.07" 1084 tempered to roughly 60HRC. Three are my mini-skinners handled in scorched walnut (These are loved as cheese knives by most of their owners). Two are my kitchen utility knives handled in jatoba (these work as a jack-of-all-trades in the kitchen).

OAL for the mini-skinners is 6" with a blade just over 3"
OAL for the kitchen utilities is 10" with a blade of 6"
