Let me tell you how outstanding Rick and crew at Salt City Outfitters are!

I originally posted in GBU looking for feedback as I had never heard of Salt City Outfitters and was attracted by their low price on an Entrek Backup knife.

The owner of Salt City Outfitters, Rick, immediately responded first via the forum and then via e-mail.

Rick not only got the knife I wanted but then worked with me due to my PayPal-phobia and accepted a money order.

Then Rick put up with my foolishness when I sent the money order to the wrong address and it was returned.

Overall Rick's customer service, responsiveness, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding!

I would not hesitate to do business with Salt City Outfitters in the future.

Hey Rick,

I am the guy who ordered a Fallkniven f1 from you about a month and a half ago. I was wondering if your supplier ever came through, and whether the knife was going to ship in the forseable future.
