Salt Lake City suggestions

Hey BF, I will be making a trip to Salt Lake City in the beginning of March and would like to know if anyone has suggestions for knife shops/knife makers in the area.

I will be in the heart of the city but traveling a bit doesn't bother me.

Also feel free suggest any sites to see.

Blade HQ is about :30 min south of SLC. From what I understand that have an awesome retail store and friendly staff.

I am not from SLC, but was up there on business at the end of '13. I did the drive from SLC to Provo (just south of where Blade HQ is located) and it was not big deal. BTW, if you are into craft beer, there is a cool area downtown that has some good restaurants and beers. IIRC, you need to get the bottles to get full alcohol %, but there are a number of great brewers in SLC. Cheers!
 
BladeHQ is definitely worth a visit, friendly and knowledgeable staff. And just about every knife you could ever want.

Make sure to check the store hours. I keep showing up on Saturday's and no one's there. ;)
