Salt Pot heat treatment wanted

I've been working on a large Bowie for my Fathers birthday and I would like to get the blade heat treated in salt to avoid scale. Any fellow makers that could help me out? I know time is valuable so I definately would pay for it. I could do it myself but I would like to take the grind down to pretty close to finished. I hate the thoughts of ruining the heat treatment in my final grinding. I dont have variable speed and my flat platen grinder is a high speed beast.

There are other ways. I've had some success with coating the blade with borax, but to do it the right way, you'll need some anti-scaleing compound.
