Are all the metal parts of the SALTS rust proof ?

From my reading it seems the:

ATLANTIC SALT .. has H-1 blade [PE or Full SE], titanium clip..... those 2 are rust proof ..... What about the clip screw and pivot pin ?

SAVER SALT .. has the H-1 blade avaiable only in Full SE, that's rust proof... What about the rest of it... clip, clip screw, pivot pin ?

Anybody know ?

These will be used in & around salt water on a daily basis for 6 to 7 months a year.
Thanks in advance......

Yes, it is all rust proof. I was skeptical at first as well, but Spyderco hit one out of the park with the Salts. They went all the way:
blade is H-1 and so is the lockbar. Hardware is specially treated. In the first generation a professional diver or something had some rust appear at the washer around the pivot after a month of continuous salt water exposure, and frank k's experiment of soaking the Salt over a month in salt water finally showed some signs or rust appearing at the pivot washer, AFTER HE ADDED IODIDE, CHLORINE and a few other ingredients to increase the corrosiveness to the solution, as well (by the way that was not even the pivot itself but only the washer), .... so they (Spyderco) improved the hardware. I haven't heard any reports of rust appear on any part of the knife on any later generation salt and haven't seen any on my own. Apparently the most difficult part was the clip, to get something that had the right springyness and that was corrosion proof, so they switched after the first generation to a Ti clip.

All Salts are equally corrosion proof. The test that some people have put their Salts through are pretty crazy, daily use in regular sea water should be a cakewalk.

The thoughtfulness and thoroughness that went into the Salt line are amazing, even more so if you consider the price. all the way!

Thankx guys... that is what I was needing to know .....
All that is left now is to order a few for me and the crew.....

I believe the current Salts are exclusively made up of H-1, titanium, and FRN. Good stuff.

Yep these are pretty awesome knives. I have spanked mine around some pretty corrosive acids at my work and they keep on ticking without any signs of rust or corrosion.
