I've made three of these knives...anyone interested?

Sambar stag scales, silver pins, Damascus blade with rose and vine filework - forged out and folded 5 times to give 416 layers. The blade has been heat treated and tempered for optimum strength and sharpness to 58-59 Rockwell.

I haven't overworked the Sambar stag - I left it fairly natural and just picked pices that felt right in the hand.

Overall length of each is around 8.25 inches

Each knife comes with a hand tooled black leather sheath that has been hand cut from the finest 8-9oz vegetable tanned leather hides. Every piece has been edged, stained with natural dyes and creased before being hand-sewn using the very best bees-waxed thread.

They are fully welted and comes fitted with a flat belt loop that will fit a
2 inch belt.

Will sell each knife with a sheath for $155.

Great looking knife from what I can see of it.

Could you possibly add some more photos, please? It would be nice to see all three of these knives and maybe see both sides and a spine shot showing your filework.

of this knife today...depends on what the British weather has to say about that! It is pouring here! What can you do, eh?

I'll take one!

Welcome to Bladeforums.

I traveled through Scotland a few years ago and was surprised by the lack of knife makers, especially so given the strong hunting culture and history of unique blades such as the Sgian Dubh and dirk. But maybe that's just an American misconception.

Paypal work for you? If so, what is your Paypal address?

Knife arrived today in mint shape. Great design and craftsmanship. Stag handle is very nice and substantial. Love the file-work on the spine. Sheath is top notch. Thanks once again!

Thanks for letting me know. Glad to know it arrived OK. Feel free to leave me some feedback! I am new here and trying to build up my credibility amongst such top makers...

Does that mean you have sold all 3? Anyway I am interested if you make more and post a picture. Thanks

I've sent you a personal email too. If you are interested I can make you one -fairly similar although obviously each knife is slightly different due to variations in the materials I use.

Thanks for your interest.
