I just upgraded so it's time to find my Note 3 a new home. This is a Verizon phone and has a clean ESN. I will wipe the phone clean and return to factory settings prior to shipping.
I purchased this phone when it was nearly new, however it had some cosmetic damage on the top near the headphone jack. I put the Spigen case and a glass screen protector on and you cannot even see the cosmetic damage and it does not affect the operation of the phone in any way. The Spigen case is awesome, I ordered another one for my new phone, they rock! There is a small crack in the outer white plastic shell of the case which could easily be fixed with a small dab of super glue (I don't have any handy, so I didn't fix it). The glass screen protector has a few scratches on it and there is a small spec of dust under it that can only be seen when the screen has a white background. The screen underneath the protector is flawless.
The phone comes with the original box and the manuals/paperwork (does anyone look at that stuff anymore?) that came with it. I left the charger at work, so if you want that I will have to wait until Monday to ship, if not I can ship tomorrow morning. It also comes with the battery and the pen.
