GS4 Bought by me new at Verizon. In a case for most of its life. In good working order, no issues. I carried it caseless for a while so there is typical scratches and dings but no gouges or cracks or anything - all cosmetic. Clean ESN, no locks or any of that crap. Comes with original box, three cases, Zagg screen protector on it, I did upgrade the battery - its installed, the old one still works - included. I can't find the original power adapter but this one works 100%.
