It supports up to 1TB, currently, I have 256Mb extra in it at the moment and have no issue upping it to 512Mb at a later date if I need to. 1TB is still a bit spendy but, that is an option too.

For me, 256Mb plus 256Mb is plenty but I don't treat my cellphone like an Ipod and DSLR camera.
