BLADE: 4 inches tip to handle; hand-sanded to 1200 grit. The steel is 416 SS forged to W2. W2 is the cutting edge.
THICKNESS: .160 inches
HANDLE: Stabilized Masur Birch
PRICE: The knife is SOLDshipping to the lower 48 states. Outside the lower 48 states, shipping will have to be calculated. A hand-sewn sheath like the one pictured can be purchased for an additional $25.
I make my own sheaths from 8-9 oz. vegetable- tanned leather.

Incredible work. Is the exposed tang in the handle the W2 or the 416?

W2 is the core of the entire blade and 416 is on both sides of the W2 through the entire blade.

Okay, that was my guess I was just wondering if it was welded in only out front like an axe bit. It would be an interesting exercise for a knife. Time to count pennies...
