Hello everybody!
My latest chef knife is completed! I'm really pleased with how it came out!
Steel: San-mai (O2 core with mild steel).
Handle: Olive wood with carbon fibers pins.
Dimensions:
Overall lenght: 33 cm - 13''
Blade lenght: 20.5 cm - 8.07''
Blade widght: 5 cm - 1.96''
Blade thickness: 3 mm - 0.118''
Handle lenght: 12.5 cm - 4.92''
Super fine edge thickness, it's sharp prior to sharpening. The wood has been treated with CA glue.
Price: 250$
