I was tempted to have this one set aside for the show. I really like it and tend to want to set the ones I like the most aside, not sure why. Anyways, I decided to offer it up here instead.

The blade is san mai with 1084 for the cutting edge and a high nickel and low carbon steel for the outer layers. It has a false edge and a nice harpoon grind.

The handle is stabilized sycamore from Burlsource. It is contoured to fit well in the hand. The guard is nickel silver and the spacers are G10.

The sheath is 7-8oz leather from Wickett and Craig. It has been hand stitched and hand tooled by me.

Dimensions
Blade - 4 1/2" tip to guard
OAL - just under 9 1/2"

Price - $295 shipped to US. I prefer paypal but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it

Wow, I know we already spoke about a knife...but this is simply one of the best I have seen. If you don't have a problem with me cancelling our future build for now, I will take this one?
Thanks...no doubt, I will be a repeat customer. Maybe do a Koa for my next one?
You are gifted my friend!

Sounds good Mtwashingtonhunter, it is yours. I will get it ready to go for you.
