This is a San Mai steel consisting of a 1095/15N20 Damascus core with 410 Stainless cladding. The blade pattern is inspired by the Carter cutlery "perfect". This is a unique arrangement of San Mai, as the core is usually a homogeneous steel. It features a tapered tang, black liners, ruby red burlap micarta from shade tree composites, and a mosaic center pin (made in-house). Includes leather sheath.

OAL: 8"
Blade: 3 1/8"
Stock thickness: .170" on the flats

$325 shipped to the lower 48
Papal for payment

Wow super beautiful. I love blades like this, particularly that neutral handle that doesn't force you to hold it a certain way.

That tip is reminding me of a Japanese samurai sword. Then with the mosaic pin and texture on the scales....this is too badass. I think you should call it the Shogun Shanker.
