This is some of my san mai. It consists of high nickel outer layers and a 1095 core. It is etched for contrast. The forge scale is left on the flats. The spine is fully fileworked.

The handle is natural canvas micarta. It is held in place with normal pins and one mosaic, along with acraglas.

The sheath is 8-10oz hand stitched and tooled leather. It holds the knife securely and allows it to draw easily.

Dimensions
Blade - Just a tick over 5" tip to handle
OAL - 9 3/4"

Price - $340 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

Matt,
knife turned up today. I cannot put it down! The quality is incredible - from the knife to the sheath.
Even My wife remarked "Wow nice knife - I can see why you wanted it" (She "bought" it for me for my birthday)
Very happy - cheers
