This is my san mai pocket fixed blade. It has 1084 core steel and low carbon, high nickel cladding layers. The blade was hand polished to 1000 grit and etched to bring out the details.
The handle is stabilized spalted sycamore. It is designed to fit in the palm nicely. It is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is made to fit in the pocket like a cell phone. It holds the blade securely and allows it to draw nicely.
Dimensions
Blade - 2 7/8" tip to handle
OAL - just a tick over 6"
Price - $200 shipped to US. I will ship internationally for an additional fee.
I will have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp to say "I'll take it!" gets it.
