Steel: 1080 / 1095 / 1080 San Mai
OAL: 10.5"
Blade: 6.375" from scales to tip x 1.375" at the widest point x .1875" thick
Grind: Full convex with convex edge
Hardening: Differentially hardened to RcH ~40 at the spine and ~60 at the edge with a really funky hamon
Handle: Exhibition grade curly maple with four 3/32" nickel silver pins
Sheath: 8-9 oz. hand stitched and tooled leather sheath with a Sam Brown stud

This is the big brother to this knife and is made from the same billet.

This is a Beautiful knife and sheath. $225 for a knife of this size and skill means you are almost giving it away.
Times are tough for our knifemaker friends ! It is time for us to support them.

Thank you, Roland. I think this is a good price for a mono steel piece - for san mai, you're right - it's a bargain!
